If you look back at INTENTIONS 2020 you’ll remember that this month’s theme is LOVE and right in time for everybody’s favorite holiday, Valentine’s Day.
Intentions 2020
When I was a kid I was talkative, I mean really really talkative. And I laughed so much that my nickname became Bankhead because when I laughed my shoulders moved up and down while I swayed so I looked like I was doing the Bankhead Bounce!
Sometimes I would come home from school and talk so much that my parents would look at each other and my mother would jokingly ask me if I talked at school that day or was I just saving all my words for her.
True to my nickname Bankhead I’d laugh with my shoulders moving up and down, body rocking back and forth. I’d look at her say I talked at school, but now I’m really comfortable.

Solo Tripping in Italy
I booked a flight to Italy on a whim and somehow it became the best thing I ever did! I took a deep breath, one that acknowledged everything that brought me to Italy while simultaneously releasing the fear of the unknown. I can’t say enough about wine heaven, aka Italy. I devoted a whole day (“read: not nearly enough time”) to a wine tour in Tuscany and boy did I have a great time.

Life Changing, Inspiring, and Eye-Opening. After traveling halfway around the world pretty much alone, I have no doubt that there's nothing I can't do. There is no better example of a woman who is working to conquer her fears than Bri, a woman who launched her own business and re-discovered life in Australia.
